3.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phl365 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phl365 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 If you suspect that your phl365 account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phl365 customer support immediately via the live chat service available on the Website.
3.5 phl365 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
4.1 In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements, phl365 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. All players are required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal.

5.2 All deposits to phl365 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion is applied on deposits received in PHP via supported local payment methods.
5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your phl365 account. These limits may vary by payment method and account status.
5.4 Deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity are strictly prohibited. phl365 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities with respect to any suspected financial crimes involving the Platform.
5.5 phl365 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply independent charges — phl365 is not responsible for third-party fees.
6.1 Withdrawal requests on phl365 are processed subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) compliance with these Terms.
6.2 Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to fund the player's phl365 account, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice. Exceptions require written approval from phl365 compliance staff.
6.3 phl365 aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), subject to payment provider processing times.

6.5 Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified within the phl365 account withdrawal section. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
7.1 phl365 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as communicated at the time of the offer.
7.2 Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all phl365 bonuses:

10.1 phl365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion.
10.2 Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. A self-excluded player's account will be suspended for the requested period, and the player will be removed from all marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by phl365's gross negligence, nor any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.4 phl365 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages that may affect a player's access to the Platform.
13.1 phl365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the phl365 Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
13.2 By using the phl365 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between a player and phl365, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players should contact phl365 customer support as the first step in any dispute.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines, including PAGCOR where within their jurisdictional remit.
15.1 phl365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phl365 will provide notice to players via email or a prominent notice on the Website at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.
15.2 Continued use of the phl365 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
